We will do everything we can to make your fostering experience a good one for you
and the rabbit. You don't need to be a bunny expert, just willing to learn and love a
bunny. Every new foster family means another rabbit can be rescued. If you would
like to be a foster family to a bunny, please Email Us.
We are always in need of volunteers to help with the incredible amount
of unwanted bunnies. If you aren't ready to adopt, you can always
foster a bunny.
Welcome to Too Many Bunnies RABBIT Rescue

We are a "NO KILL" not for profit charity 501c (3) that is run completely by volunteers
located in Los Angeles, CA. 100% of all donations go directly to the animals
rescued. We are dedicated to finding loving forever homes for domestic animals that
have been abused, abandoned or neglected. We focus mainly on animals that are
facing death in shelters or are facing it on the streets. We are their last and only
hope for survival. All of our rescued animals receive all necessary veterinary care,
socialization, litter box training and are spay/neutered before being placed for
adoption. Please donate and help us save lives.
Too Many Bunnies is located in Redondo Beach, CA and specializes specifically in
domestic rabbits.

SPOTLIGHT BUNNIES OF THE MONTH Meet Sophie and Sadie
|
Sophie and Sadie are Agouti dwarf sisters. They have been treated horribly by
humans and have not had a easy life. Both were dumped in a park and had to live
outdoors during the winter months facing starvation, predators, cold weather,
dehydration, and disease.
Shortly after we got them to the rescue, Sophie developed a inner ear infection
which caused her to have head tilt. She couldn't sit up and would roll on her side
trying to right herself. It was devastating to watch. We are happy to say that she
is doing much better now. She still stumbles a little. But, she loves to run
around the house with no problems. (She has to be on carpeted floors so that she
won't slip.) Actually, they both love to run inside the home. They would be the
perfect addition to a family where they can live inside and roam the home. The
more exercise Sophie gets, the more she improves.
Sadie and Sophie have perfect litterbox skills and do not chew on the furniture.
They are learning to trust humans again. They can be a little shy. But, they will
run up to you if you have a treat. They love their raisins.
They both deserve a loving forever home. Please email us for more information if
you are interested in loving these two sweet bunnies. Email Us.

Sophie propped up on her pillow
which enabled her to eat and drink
during her inner ear infection.
During Sophie's illness, Sadie always
stayed by her side helping to keep her
steady. Sadie somehow knew to stay
on her right side since that was the way
she would always fall. It's amazing to
watch the unconditional love and
loyalty that takes place between
animals.
Sophie with her headtilt. Poor baby:(
Today her head is straight and she's
doing great!
